Students who wish to complete their studies this semester can use the workshops, provided that all hygiene regulations are observed and appointments have been made.
In any case, please contact the workshop manager first by email. Describe briefly your project and the time required!

Pay attention to the hygiene concept of the HBK Braunschweig as well as to the current information on coronavirus.

The workshop
The digital film workshop offers production and post-production support for artistic projects using digital film. Facilities include a video studio with a greenbox and digital editing workstations. Courses at the workshop offer a comprehensive introduction to the theory of digital cinematography and film-making along with an induction into the relevant technology.

All students at HBK Braunschweig can access the equipment and workstations in the digital film workshop whether they are working under supervision or independently. Access is possible by prior arrangement.

Film and Media Lab (FML)
The workshop is also home to the film and media lab, which offers VR equipment and computer work stations specifically set up for film and media work. This technology is available to all students at HBK Braunschweig. Access is usually possible on Thursdays. You can find more information, register your projects and arrange a time for your visit with
